“I made these paintings entirely for myself, responding to a need of keeping my childhood memories at my Grandma’s house as close to me as posible in my everyday life, but the huge response they got when I first shared them made me realise that maybe we all share that same nostalgic feeling.

This series, has therefore become a bridge from my childhood to yours through my Grandma’s beloved objects and, ultimately, the homage to her I always intended”.
